We believe that support, community, and empowerment shouldn’t be limited by postcodes. That's why LedByHer is dedicated to ensuring that Mexican women outside of London are equally valued and recognised.

Lack of access to meaningful networks holds back professional growth.Women in these communities hold a small percentage of leadership positions.
